New moms and moms to be can use all the encouragement they can get. I always hope to inspire my pregnant friends to be successful nursing mothers, especially in those first few months. For baby showers I usually make a “Breast-Feeding Survival Kit” which is usually a basket filled with nursing supplies. But, my favorite addition to this kit is a hand made notebook that can be a sanity saver during the frequent feedings of the early weeks.
This cute breast-feeding log book is small enough to fit on the tiniest of end tables (aprox 4×6 inches) and has an easy to read chart for you to note times, feeding duration, and any notes you may have. You don’t need to worry about remembering when you fed her last or which side he nursed on last, because lets face it, you have enough to remember already.
